Ms. Shivani Kalingarayar

She is an Advocate with two years of trial court experience, primarily handling matrimonial matters including dissolution of marriage, maintenance, custody and guardianship proceedings. Her practice involves legal research, drafting pleadings and applications, reviewing and vetting legal documents, and assisting in the preparation and conduct of matters before the court. She has a particular interest in legal research and case analysis, including examining statutory provisions and judicial precedents and identifying relevant principles that can be applied to the facts of a case. She also focuses on identifying inconsistencies, gaps and issues in pleadings and documents that may have a bearing on the matter. She is presently expanding her practice into civil and commercial litigation and developing her practice in Corporate and Commercial Laws.
